This complex and property are still damage free and ready to host guests!
When you enter this unit the modern furniture and refurbished interior beckon you inside. This area of the beach preserves the natural landscape and does not allow driving making it a uniquely quiet section of the beach. Many families with younger children prefer this section of the beach as there is no traffic on the beach to be concerned with. This unit is directly across from the beach allowing for guests to come and go from the beach with ease and speed.
The cozy living room features a lounge chair, sofa, and television. The patio can be accessed from the living room and is surrounded by a lovely lawn and palm trees providing a respite from the Florida sun. The kitchen comes fully stocked for all your cooking needs and overlooks the dining area with seating for 4.
The primary suite hosts a king bed, flat screen television, and large closets. The adjoining primary bathroom contains a vanity and walk-in shower with grab bars. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, twin bunk bed, and a flat-screen television. The guest bathroom features a walk in shower with grab bars as well.
This unit does not have laundry machines in the unit. There are coin machines located directly next door to this unit. Although this unit has bedding for up to 6, the HOA strictly enforces the maximum of 5 guests per unit. Only a maximum of 5 guests can occupy this unit and this does include infants.
To ensure you receive the best possible cleaning experience, we do not allow Saturday departures during Spring and Summer school breaks and Bike Week. Simply enter any departure date other than Saturday in those seasons to see a quote and book online instantly.
Air-conditioned accommodations at this condo offer coffee/tea makers and hair dryers. Rooms open to balconies. Kitchens offer refrigerators, stovetops, microwaves, and cookware/dishes/utensils.
