This is the beachfront getaway you've been looking for! Unit 1602 at the Grand Coquina offers the unique benefit of both beach front and river views. Watch the sun rise over the Atlantic and the sun set over the Intracoastal waterway! This is a two-bedroom unit offering a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. Both the master bedroom and living area open onto an oceanfront balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The guest bedroom has a window view overlooking the Halifax River. The full-sized, fully furnished kitchen has an attached breakfast nook which also provides views of the Halifax River and the laundry closet includes a full-sized washer and dryer. A 55" wall mounted TV in the living area provides cable TV as well as the ability to cast content from your smart device. Each bedroom also has its own independently controlled TV. The in-unit WiFi provides high speed internet access rounding out your connectivity and entertainment needs. After spending a day on the beach and swimming in the outdoor pool, retreat inside to enjoy the indoor pool, hot tub, or other building amenities such as the weight room, the exercise room, or the library. This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed. The condominium association enforces a 2-week minimum rental period on all leases in the building.
