All units include Free Wi-Fi . Building Amenities include heated oceanfront pool, Oceanfront Hot Tub, fitness room, pool table and community grill. There is secured entrance to building as well as secured underground parking for one car. Upper open parking deck is first come first served 2 Car Max per unit, Sanibel is a weekly rental building.Sat - Sat bookings only excluding months of Aug-Sept. Sorry, no pets allowed.

This property was so beautiful and relaxing! The views were amazing and the new appliances were a bonus! Lots of space and so comfortable! Our family had the best time here and we will definitely be back!!!

We had a great stay. The unit is very spacious and welcoming. The owners have done a great job decorating and equipping their unit. Very clean. We would stay here again if available.

Unit is beautifully decorated. Comfy furniture & beds. The view is breath taking. Spare beach towels & sand toys. 2 coffee makers a+. 6 adult & 2 kids slept comfortably. No complaints. Great vacation
